Avenue Pharmacy’s NHS New Medicine Service is an invaluable resource for patients starting a new medicine. We can provide support and advice to ensure that you take the new drug as prescribed and do not have any negative side effects, as well as answer any further concerns you have.
Step 1
We will give you information about your new medicine and sign you up to the service.
Step 2
Initial Consultation – In store or over phone with our pharmacist, 7-14 days after starting your new medicine.
Step 3
Follow up – 14 days after the initial consultation.
